Frequently Asked Questions
Can I capture password-protected websites?
Our tool captures publicly accessible versions of websites. Password-protected areas and pages behind login walls cannot be captured for security reasons.
How long does the capture process take?
Capture time depends on page complexity and size. Simple pages take 2-5 seconds, while complex pages with many resources may take 10-20 seconds.
What's the maximum page length I can capture?
Our tool can capture pages up to 50,000 pixels in height. Most webpages fit within this limit. For extremely long pages, the screenshot may be truncated.
Do you store my screenshots?
No, we do not permanently store your screenshots. Files are processed in memory and immediately served for download. Temporary links expire after download.
Can I capture multiple pages at once?
Currently, our tool captures one page at a time. For batch processing, you can capture pages sequentially or upgrade to Pro for batch capabilities.
Why does my screenshot show incomplete content?
Some websites use infinite scrolling or load content dynamically. Try increasing the delay setting to allow more time for content to load.
